Mr. Clinton applies over eighteen years of surveying experience to his position of Chief of Survey at Meridian. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Survey Operations, and is primarily involved with project proposals, contract negotiations, marketing, boundary & plan review, and survey personnel management. Mr. Clinton also continues to manage land development and construction related projects, coordinating field and office work, state and federal permitting, and representing clients before municipal boards.

 

 

 

Projects under his supervision include:

 

· Northeast Utilities/PSNH - Franklin to Laconia, New Hampshire.

Project Manager, responsible for reestablishing the position of 18.5 miles of transmission line easement and providing aerial mapping control, using GPS and conventional methods.

 

· Mont Vernon Associates - Mont Vernon, New Hampshire.

Project Manager, responsible for oversight of a 21-lot open space subdivision on 96 acres.

 

· Newington Energy, LLC/ConEd - Newington, New Hampshire.

Project Manager, responsible for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey, numerous Subdivision/Topographic surveys and Construction layout of power generation facility.

 

· Experienced expert witness in legal proceedings relative to boundary disputes.

35 credit hours towards B.S. Civil Engineering Degree, University of Lowell, Lowell, Massachusetts

A.S. in Engineering Science and Certificate in Civil Technology, Northern Essex Community College, June 1990.
