Mr. Foley joined Meridian Land Services, Inc. in March 1995 and applies over ten years of surveying experience and education to his position of Project Manager. His primary responsibilities include directing survey projects in the office and the field, office computations and reviewing survey projects for technical completeness and accuracy. In addition, Mr. Foley is directly involved in the management of numerous survey projects, such as Subdivisions and Topographic surveys, Boundary plans, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys. Mr. Foley also oversees the planning, executing and processing of Global Position Survey (GPS) projects. His training and experience is evident in his proficiency with numerous surveying software packages and he is equally qualified in the field, having experience in all phases of land surveying.

· Andrew Salach - Middleton, New Hampshire. Project Manager for a 23-lot Subdivision including process/analyze boundary, process/detail topographic survey, develop conceptual design, prepare completed subdivision plan, represent plan before regulatory boards, oversight of town, state approvals .
· Bedford Commons - Bedford New Hampshire Project Manager responsible for preparing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.
· Schiller Station - Portsmouth, New Hampshire Project Surveyor responsible for preparing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey and Construction Layout.
· Heritage Place - Mont Vernon, New Hampshire Project Surveyor responsible for data processing, boundary line determination, construction layout and drafting final plans.
· Woburn Industri-Plex Remediation Project, Woburn, Massachusetts Construction layout services.
