MICHAEL D. PLOOF, S.I.T.

Project Surveyor

 

Mr. Ploof is a project surveyor with Meridian Land Services, Inc.  His primary responsibilities are directing survey projects in the office and the field.  Additionally, he spends time researching, computing field data calculations, job estimating, proposal preparation and drafting. Prior to joining Meridian in October 1993, Mr. Ploof worked as a field technician with Richard D. Bartlett Associates, Inc.  Gaining experience in field reconnaissance, boundary surveying, and construction layout, as well as, State of New Hampshire interstate survey work with the use of M.O.S.S. data recording and collection system. He is experienced in all phases of surveying, included boundary, construction layout, topographic, route surveying, and as built mapping. Particular emphasis has been in electronic data collection and CAD mapping, using state-of- the-art electronic and robotic field instrument.

· Manchester Airport proposed air traffic control tower - Manchester, New Hampshire.

Creation of the Air Traffic Control Tower lease lot and subsequent construction layout.

 

· Manchester Airport runway 35 embankment and expansion project - Manchester, New Hampshire.

Prepare a pre-construction topographic plan and subsequent as-built plan for the glide slope area to Manchester Airport Runway 35

 

· Farmington Landfill – Farmington, New Hampshire.

Perform As built Survey.

 

· Hemlock Hills - Greenville, New Hampshire

Coordinate field survey effort including processing of fieldwork, development of existing base drawing and computations, and plan preparation of a 68 lot single family residential subdivision; and development of field layout worksheets for construction by owner.

 

· Provide survey construction layout services and as-built data for EPA superfund sites.
