Mr. Benedict was the first non-principal employee of Meridian Land Services, Inc. joining the company shortly after it began in the spring of 1992.  Through the years he has performed all the duties of surveying required to grow the company from seven when he started to the 32 member team Meridian Land Services, Inc. is today.  He currently is responsible for directing individual survey projects from initial client contact through final plan recording and build out.  He spends time job estimating, preparing proposals, researching, computing field data, preparing plans, and directing the field work for his projects.

 

 

Mr. Benedict is experienced in all phases of survey work including boundary, construction layout, route surveying, topographic surveying and as-built mapping. Lately he has been involved in large residential and commercial real estate development projects.

Mr. Benedict was Resident Surveyor at the Woburn Industri-Plex Remediation Project, Woburn, Massachusetts from 1995 to 1998. He began surveying in November 1987 with TFMoran, Inc., after ten years in the electronics industry.
