Mr. Gagne is the President and Chief Engineer of Meridian Land Services, Inc. He is responsible for day-to-day operations and finances of the firm overseeing engineering and design staff ensuring that all disciplines are coordinated and clients' needs are met. As Chief Engineer, Mr. Gagne is also responsible for maintaining engineering quality within the corporation.
In 1986, Mr. Gagne joined TFMoran Inc., as Chief Engineer, advancing to Vice President in 1988. From 1972 to 1986, Mr. Gagne was Manager of Civil Engineering and Site Development Services with Spotts, Stevens and McCoy of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.
Projects under his supervision include:
· Eckman Construction Corp. / Frank P. Marinace, Architect - Bedford, New Hampshire 2,000 student combined Bedford High School and Ross A. Lurgio Middle School, Coordination of site development, local, state and federal permitting, construction coordination.
· Consolidated Edison Development - Newington, New Hampshire 1.2 mile Industrial Corridor Road, Site development, assist client with abutter negotiations, local and state permitting assistance, construction coordination.
· Consolidated Edison Development - Newington, New Hampshire 525 Megawatt Gas Fired Power Plant, Facilities siting, transmission line siting, site development, local and state permitting assistance, construction coordination.
· Bedford School District - Bedford, New Hampshire Riddle Brook Middle School, Site development, local and state permitting assistance, construction coordination.
· St. Joseph Hospital - Nashua, New Hampshire Nursing Center, Site development, local and state permitting assistance, construction coordination.
