Examples of Recent Work:
· Giorgio’s Restaurant - Milford, New Hampshire. Site design for a 6,500 square foot restaurant - This project involved the design of a parking lot and site grading for a triangular shaped parcel of land with a wetland area along one third of the boundary. The project included a self contained drainage system, new service connections to municipal utilities, and the redesign of an existing road intersection for the future installation of traffic lights.
· Falcon Ridge Subdivision - Milford, New Hampshire. 45 lot Open Space Development - This project involved the design of a conventional subdivision with preliminary road and driveway grading to establish a maximum lot density for an Open Space Development. An Open Space Development allows for reduced size lots, and thereby provides land to remain undeveloped throughout the project. Also included were the design of a closed drainage system and the expansion of the municipal sewer system to service the development.
· Industri-Plex - Woburn, Massachusetts. Responsible for developing construction layout plans and survey layout files for the reclamation of a Superfund HazMat site.
· Pinkerton Academy Arts Center - Derry, New Hampshire. Site design for a 67,000 square foot building to house an 892 seat auditorium, five arts studios, band and chorus rooms, and 27 classrooms - The project included the design of parking for an additional 166 parking spaces and an off-site storm water detention basin.
· Hampshire Hills - Milford, New Hampshire. Site design for a 94,700 square foot domed indoor track building - The site is located immediately adjacent to the existing Hampshire Hills facility and will house an indoor track and soccer fields. This project involved the permitting of proposed wetland disturbances, the preparation of a wetland mitigation plan, the design of a large subsurface storm water detention system, and the design of a parking area for 259 parking spaces.
