Senior Project Manager

 

Mr. Chamberlin is a Sr. Project Manager at Meridian Land Services, Inc.  He is responsible for all aspects of commercial, industrial, municipal and residential development projects.  His work includes all aspects of engineering from concept development to final engineered plans and supporting calculations.  Mr. Chamberlin works closely with State and Local officials to obtain the permits necessary for a successful project.  In addition to construction document preparation, Mr. Chamberlin has extensive construction administration experience and can assist clients through all phases of construction.

 

Mr. Chamberlin has been involved in engineering and land planning since 1993. 

 

 

Examples of Recent Work:

 

· Meadow Brook Crossing -  Amherst, New Hampshire

A multi-Use retail center on an environmentally sensitive, 23 acre site on Route 101A in Amherst, NH.  The project includes 235,000 Sq. Ft. of dry goods retail consisting of a Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, Staples Office Supply, and several other small retail outlets.  The development program also included two 225 seat sit down restaurants, and a bank with drive-thru service.  The site development required a complex storm water infiltration system and on-site sewage disposal system as well as extensive off-site improvements to Route 101A.

 

· The Reserve at Federal Hill - Milford, New Hampshire

Design, permitting, and construction management for 73 unit, detached condominium subdivision situated on 41 wooded acres with slopes ranging from 15 to 25 percent.  The development of the site required designing approximately 6,000 feet of roadway and common driveways including water, sewer, and drainage.  The project also required extending municipal water and sewer approximately 1.5 miles to the site.  The utility extensions included overseeing the design of both a municipal sewer pumping station and a water booster station.

 

· F.W. Webb - Amherst, New Hampshire

Site design and engineering for a 400,000 sq ft warehouse, distribution, office and conference facility.  The project is situated in the Town’s Aquifer Protection Zone and required virtually 100% groundwater recharge for approximately 20 acres of impervious area.

 

· The Fells at Amherst - Amherst, New Hampshire

Site design for 80 unit, detached condominium Planned Residential Development on a 150 acre parcel.  Of the 150 acres, only 40± acres were used for the project, the remaining 110 acres were placed in conservation.  The development of the site required designing approximately 8,500 feet of roadway and common driveways including water, drainage and on-site sewage disposal.

 

· Presstek, Inc. - Hudson, New Hampshire

Full design and permitting services for a 23-acre industrial site.  The site included parking and loading for approximately 300,000 square feet of office, manufacturing, and research and development space.
