Mr. Keller is a Licensed Land Surveyor with Meridian Land Services, Inc. He is involved in all phases of a project including the preparation of proposals, contract negotiation, supervision of the surveying work, reviewing the final drawings, and presentations before municipal officials. Mr. Keller has been involved in the surveying profession since 1967. He owned and operated George F. Keller Inc., a surveying and engineering firm located in Merrimack, NH for 19 years before joining Meridian in 1996.

 

 

 

 

 

Projects under his supervision include:

 

· Navel Housing Project – Groton, Connecticut.

Supervised the construction layout and as-built surveys for a 400-unit housing project.

 

· Manchester Housing Authority – Manchester, New Hampshire.

Completed the survey of the Granite Square Project.

 

· The Commons at Merrimack – Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Boundary, topographic survey and layout of Merrimack’s first and largest Planned Unit Development.

 

· Supervised survey, design and layout of several Cellular Tower sites in Southern New Hampshire.

 

· Schiller Station – Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Supervised completion of an ALTA/ACSM land title survey and construction layout.
